Marcos & Sabor is a dynamic array of musicians that perform a variety of Latin American rhythms with American classics from Santana to cumbias to great American favorites. The band includes drums, guitar, keyboard/accordion, percussion, bass, and incredible vocals. The collective rhythms are sure to keep everyone on their feet and dancing to the vibes of this unique entourage of incredible sounds and musicians.
The group was originally started in the 1990s by Marcos and a number of students at UNOmaha under the name Sabor. The group of students wanted to share their love of culture through their bicultural influences of American and Latino musical classics. Since then the group has performed all over the Midwest for festivals, universities, schools, private events and much more.
Omaha's premier mariachi that was formed in 2005 and has played for all occasions all over the Midwest. The group is available and can range from 3 to 10-piece group upon request.
